@Banzai_MPH@Scintillia_1@AberdareMTB Yep I can confirm this is exactly the kind of injury I would expect to see. It matches, although on a different level of severity, the kind of injury I see if I catch brambles on the trail
Gave the bike a shake down today in preparation for the big ride I've got planned for Monday. This will be my finishing point if I make it. AimIng to ride the Leeds-Liverpool canal in 1 day. Please sponsor me all money going to Scoliosis Association UK SEE NEXT POST FOR LINK
@Ja5eTee@Ijkirby I've had them for a couple of seasons, they are much more weatherproof than normal Freeriders, sole life similar, I get a bit more life out of mine adding some thin but stiffish insoles once holes appear in the sole. Saves pedal pins spiking your tarsals😂 My preferred 5-10's
If your heading for @PenmachnoMTB make sure to pack some tools, the area is remote with high exposure to the elementsExtra latex, tubeless repair sticks and valve core remover saved the ride for me. Paper OS map and compass not a bad idea. https://t.co/e0wHFypWgg
Awesome ride @PenmachnoMTB Single track that just keeps going through an amazing variety of challenges, Rock, slate, pine mulch over rock, Broad leaved loamy areas, boardwalks, moorland. As always just amazing.
