@YoungInvestor03 Got a car(a swift)3 years ago,was using ehailing and public transport for a long time.
I dont worry much about the costs of running it, and the loan is almost paid off because i took the 48 month option.
All the costs is covered by positive cashflow from property investments
@Khwezi_bass Its r68k, that 8k is enough for fibre and groceries
also on that level, RA and m/aid is largely subsidised by company
and some of us are almost done with mortgage(thanks to additional payments) with no reason to upgrade
If you can manage your money well then go for the RS3
@scpindani@RayMaboya Its possible to get a 10 year visa to USA whether for B1-Business or B2-Tourism visa
I have a 10 year B1 because I go every now and then for conferences work. Better to get this instead of applying each time
Its possible their clubs got them the 10year B1 when they went to CWC
@iamkoshiek self-inflicted
I used to work at Capfin, people are living above their means and wont cut back on stuff. Look at their statements, you see a bunch of purchases with money that should've gone to important stuff. Spending money on Truworths but now need loans to pay school fees
@ZoneGavi@Bri_an2 agreed, that Trajkovski goal north macadonia vs italy, he should've saved that in order to let italy qualify for 2022 world cup. jorginho also responsible for missing penalties
even in recent qualifiers, so many goals conceeded that you will expect a keeper like him to save
@BigMamo_ Switzerland is also small, so is Luxembourg but they went the banking route to bring money into country. Nothing is stopping Lesotho from improving their economy by setting up international banking system and maybe even becoming an African version of a tax haven
@ummandiisa the number of bedrooms is not a factor. the mยฒ of the roof is. Dont forget theres bathrooms, kitchen, lounge etc as well under the roof.
