Congrats to this young man @CruzTrei and to his pops, @cruz22 Getting the call to the Show!! Can’t Explain the emotions. Go live your dream!! Proud Unc
Per multiple reports, the Detroit Tigers are calling up Trei Cruz. Most likely because it's expected that Wenceel Perez is headed to the IL after a freak accident. Cruz has been playing 3B and SS. That would make 4 different Tigers at 3B and 2 different ones at SS.
Puerto Rican Astros icon Jose Cruz, an honorary Mexican tio, gave the “Play Ball” before Mexico faced Brazil tonight at Daikin Park.
Cruz loves his Mexican fans and even has a Mexican grandkid.

I remember this day when coach threw out the first pitch. What an honor to be the one to catch that first pitch and share that moment with him. Thank you for the lessons coach, and thank you for making us 2003 National Champs. #RIP#RiceBaseball#WayneGraham
We lost a true college baseball legend with the passing of Coach Wayne Graham last night.
Coach Graham had a remarkable run as Rice University's baseball coach, transforming that program into a national power with an unprecedented run of excellence that included a national championship, 23 consecutive NCAA appearances and seven trips to the College World Series. To date, 41 of his Rice players made it to the Major Leagues, including Astros Hall of Famer Lance Berkman. We send our condolences to Coach Graham’s family, friends and loved ones and to his countless admirers. His impact will never be forgotten.
We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of @RiceBaseball legend Wayne Graham. Coach Graham will always be considered college baseball royalty, and our thoughts are with his loved ones and the entire Rice community. Rest in peace, 37.
Wayne Graham won five national championship at San Jacinto and another at Rice, turning the Owls into a college baseball powerhouse.

I may have just seen the worst replay review of the season. Astros vs Rangers.
How is he out if the ball is still out of the first baseman’s glove and the runner is stepping on the bag??. #REPLAY@mlb 👀
