Once all the refunds are out by next year, we will *not* be required to respond to anyone. Kickstarter backers, publishers, no one who isn’t working on this game with us.

Again, we have full independence and our own full financial backing now. This is what that entails.

@KQSKillerQuail Because we haven’t replied to anyone yet. Again, as we stated, we are giving everyone a year to respond to the message, and we will then act after we are under no legal requirement to respond to anyone thru Kickstarter.

As a reminder: we sent a backer message giving everyone an option for refund in February, and we gave them an entire year to submit their answer. We have not asked for any money from anyone as we reboot the project.

Okay... Sooo, this is how this will work:

Messages will be sent to every backer confirming whether they would accept or deny the refund, for legal reasons on March 1st, 2021. Every backer will have until March 1, 2022 to reply. After that, we are under no obligation to refund.

@frankalpha11 Unfortunately, no... the final game will be a completely different aim than from what the original Kickstarter campaign detailed, and you will have to purchase it. It’s too much work keeping track. We prefer you take the refund if you need the money!
