Had the pleasure to work with the O'Neal Bros, Shaqir and Shareef. This past week while in AZ training. Very impressed with how these young men carry themselves! Humble and respectful. The real athletes know where to go in Phoenix for athletic/sports recovery! 💪😤 #basketball
Why do they prefer grass?
The 92% preference isn’t just opinion—it’s backed by NFLPA analysis of NFL injury tracking showing turf correlates with higher rates of certain lower-body injuries + plus players direct experience.
1. Non-contact lower extremity injuries: 28% higher rate on artificial turf vs. natural grass.
2. Non-contact knee injuries: 32% higher on turf.
3. Non-contact foot/ankle injuries: 69% higher on turf.
4. Injury rate: 1.22 per game on natural grass vs. 1.42 per game on artificial turf.
5. Odds of a season-ending injury requiring surgery were 60% higher on turf (odds ratio 1.60).

Players consistently report their bodies feel better the next day on grass because grass feels less punishing on the body—less joint stiffness and overall wear.
@NMStateFootball@Coach_TSanchez Thanks for the Aggie 🏈 Alumni love!🫡
Nice to have some newer memorabilia! The Aggies are making the switch to @adidasUS So I was able to get my old #15 from the discontinued Under Armor jersey stock. 🔥😤

That’s what I’m saying Coach!! 🗣️
No hype, no stars⭐️, no fake juice…just a kid who puts his head down and works and makes plays when it matters the most! Just needs anopportunity! Can definitely play D1! #uncommitted#unsigned#D1prospect

Yep! I’ve seen lots of “ranked” kids over the years with said stars ⭐️ ⭐️ disappear in big games or crucial moments. This is where you’re supposed to show that you deserve and earned those stars! Show everyone you’re worth the hype.
NFL players doing basic movement patterns but you think your 12 year old needs to do “sport specific,” training
Fundamentals done really well work!
Simple ≠ easy
Get your boys into football and watch the transformation!
Football uniquely challenges boys in ways that boys need but rarely get in today’s society.
We need football because it provides an environment where boys can become young men, and young men can become grown men.
"The one with the lowest correlation to NFL receiving production was the fastest group. It's not just low, it's negative...which means, as the 40 time got better, the yardage output got worse."
A whole lot more goes into moving skillfully on a football field than running fast in a straight line in your underwear by yourself!
