@AdzeTweets Absolutely true, even for someone who grew up in the 00s rather than the 80s/90s when anime/manga was infinitely rarer. The main reason I got into it was via video rentals then trying to find more of the anime I enjoyed on the internet. I wouldn't be a fan today without piracy.

@johnstone45586 Correct. People don't examine the Dragon Ball cosmology enough. It's easily 6-dimensional to 7-dimensional and Goku would scale via Infinite Zamasu's power being surpassed. The DoSL is also lowkey higher than that.

@K1NGRO0TB3ER I know nothing about Anos but Simon has been challenged before and IIRC Overlord's author has outright stated Ainz would lose hard against Aqua from Konosuba. Comparatively Saitama is rarely actually given any serious threats so his fans have a more warped perception.

@flyshyva @R_A_N_B_I_N_ Yes, and Death Battle states it'd take Saitama 2 minutes to reach the level of God Goku in BoG. With them having Base Goku scale above that after BoG. So it'd take Saitama over 2 minutes to reach Base Goku-level then Goku could just go Super Saiyan and one shot.

@FlashMentality Same shit happened with Freeza vs Megatron lol Freeza wouldn't even need to transform to godstomp Megatron yet they had him go all the way to Black and nearly die anyway. Despite the BoG feat (which they only made 13x back then) being more than enough to one shot and blitz him.

@NegativeSymptom It also doesn't factor all of the scaling chains. Would it surprise anyone to hear Goku has made an SSG-level leap several times since BoG? We see as such in the Black Saga, Tournament of Power and by Super Hero. Not to mention Goku is used to fighters like Broly.

@mussi3x Saitama fans were already trying to fight over Goku (inevitably) winning. Naruto vs Luffy is way closer with them rivaling eachother in iconography. This is going to be a complete circus show.

@yessir167 Dende has never healed Goku in Super prior to this so I'm not seeing where the contradiction lies. On top of that, Dende heals Gohan easily right after this. The Gohan that stalemated Super Saiyan Kefla. When Kale could overpower Super Saiyan Blue Goku.

So he gave Beerus prophetic dreams of Goku as the Super Saiyan God to bring him to Earth and push Goku to do the ritual.
