A huge thank you to Garforth Elmet Soroptimists for organising a wonderful pamper day for the ladies at DRH 💚
Facials, hand massages, nail art & homemade cakes gave our clients time to relax, feel valued & focus on self-care — something so important in addiction recovery ✨
In the middle of May, during Mental Health Awareness Week, our Health & Wellbeing team placed a comments box outside our Assisi Café, inviting people to share their thoughts, feelings and reflections on paper.

We’ve had a facelift!
A brand-new front entrance door has been installed, giving a welcoming update for everyone who walks through it.
Every improvement to our centre helps us continue providing support, safety, and dignity to people experiencing homelessness in our city.
Every day, we provide hot, nutritious meals in a safe and friendly environment for anyone who may be struggling, feeling isolated, or simply in need of support. Whether someone is experiencing homelessness, financial hardship, or just needs a helping hand, our doors are open.
We sat down with Jamie Wilson who is Deputy Head of Client Services.

But it’s more than a bed. It’s safety, dignity, and a path to independence. Be part of the solution
