This year has been hard after the loss of my dad. There were sleepless nights and days where I just lay in bed. I spent a lot of time watching @impulseSV @TangoTekLP and @theskizzleman. Thank you all sincerely for spreading your dad energy and helping me through a terrible time.

So I teach grades 6/7 in Japan and we were learning about resilience. I told them about @GTWScar and all the great things he’s done and continues to do. One of my kids looks him up and was like “… you mean him?” (It was the real life thumbnail) I just sighed and went “… yeah”

@chriscolfer I’m a teacher in Japan and I’ve had so many of my students read your books. They (and I) love them. Last year my 4th grade class didn’t finish before the year ended but one of them ran to me yesterday and said “I finished the Land of Stories!” Thanks for inspiring so many kids.

@masachuzzle @mikirin_19 My first MM concert I went (day before Riho’s grad) was standing at Budokan. They actually aren’t that terrible since Budokan isn’t that huge.

@_ayuming_ Yeah not gonna lie while I think what Rio did was pretty naive and maybe dumb, I don’t actually think the action was that bad. I complain about my coworkers to my friends too. Then it’s off my chest and I get over it. This was a terrible “friend”.

While I’m sad to see Eripon go, I’m not surprised. I feel it’s the same with Kamiko. When there gets to be a gap between leader and the closest junior I feel like they rarely (but sometimes) stay around long. I imagine it’s kinda lonely. We tend to get these grad domino effects.

Ok my Spotify Wrapped data is a bit skewed. Artist #2 and #4 are because I play them in my classroom a lot, #3 is a Lofi artist I listen to while studying/reading.

Songs #1-3 I taught in dance class hence the numbers

Regina Spector is always my top artist because I love her
