Ultra is still heavily work in progress. There still hasn't been any alpha tests. It's going to take a while till they completely "release" it. You can consider yourself lucky alone by the fact that you know about it.

There even hasn't been an alpha-test to participate, to just test the platform under load. They can't advertise a product that is still far from finished
