if the dude got talent it's whatever, nobody complains when whites are replaced with anything....getting fatigued on this issue. I get kinda offended when they replace talent with a whole lot less talented, that's my only complaint on crap like this. destiny 2 was done like almost a decade ago.... I don't know how people even kept it alive so long with such little content for a game that old. it's like people crying over halo 2 when it stopped being popular.....people get exhausted doing the same thing over and over and over yet pretend to enjoy it because it's the only game they've played regularly that goes "pew pew" so they can feel like men. It was never all that great, time to focus on future projects....even the ones that also aren't that great.

i literally get paid by a google company weekly to watch me jerk off...there I said it.

I'm ok with them seeing what I watch on streaming services, my internet history, whatever....I've no plan to run for a political office and if my business get's out the world, there's not gunna be a single soul that cares, not even me. At least they're compensating me for my data and I know they're collecting it from the extension I had to install and log into. It's on all my devices, and I have a separate meter for my tv's and even a router they sent me that I only use for the tv.

This is getting weird to be so concerned, when it's my login information and 2factors that are compromised....we'll talk, until then I don't care what they see when I'm literally using their services. There's always metrics collected when you shop online anywhere or use the same payment method in a lot of big retailer's stores....when yer watching netflix do you not think they are logging views and looking at habits artificially to recommend you the next show to watch or what commercials to show you to point you to a place to buy products and services?

Big Data has existed for over a decade now, this is the world we live in and it won't stop.

it's changed so much, I hear these stories all the time but never see them in the groups I'm in....but I don't tend to hold discussion, just kinda look stuff up when I need information somebody might know.

Same thing happened to a friend but in some specific group for a tv show or something. Admins and mods get weird and ban people off because they have better insight than them or post a meme they don't like.....but reddit as a company is another animal, when yer running a large group in a broad category like "pics" you are basically doing volunteer work for the company itself, there's supposed to be harsh reprimands for mods and group runners that represent the site in essence........there used to be rather.

I know a lot of words just to say yer 100% right, but it's hard to wrap my head around that the retarded ideology of these kinda people has pushed itself up into billion dollar corporations, I'd think they do better, but I suppose not.

I can "actually cook" and the reasoning seems legit if yer not a simple person. but if you are cooking for yourself or your family you aren't goin down to the amazon rainforrest to find some berries or spices that only grow there....nah yer crackin a box of hamburger helper....or if yer a "real food" nut, there's plenty of that....if it's expensive, don't eat it, food still exists. It's weird to pretend to starve if you can't produce something "gourmet"

I wish they'd just abolish changing the clocks at all. So what if it gets darker earlier or the sun doesn't go down until 9pm.....it happens anyway even when they try to change around that 1 hour, summer gets longer days, winter gets longer nights, and time ends up varrying more than an hour for sunlight periods depending where you are on the globe.

we literally got places on this planet that experience no daytime for a whole month as well as places that are lit up just as long. Why do we need this time difference?

yeah but it's legal theft if they are contracted under a salary, that means there's disclosures they signed that depends on how much they are guaranteed for pay by month or by year and broken down in a payout period where they may be required to put in more or less work and either be guaranteed an amount or have to work even more than what they agreed on getting paid with no extra compensation.....and all that guaranteed pay that comes with salary is still under a definition of whatever the hell they signed that could possibly prevent any employee there from receiving pay under salaried conditions.

If this were a hourly wage job and/or paid by the minute on a timeclock....you'd be 100% correct and nobody would be discussing this.

yeah...and the problem is with contracted salary it is pretty legal to delay compensation (salary pay) unless the delay falls outside of the contracted period.

They can say the salary is "X$ per year broken over the course of monthly payout and depending on Ysales (or whatever legal mumbo jumbo in the fine print)"....these people sign it, they're screwed. Welcome to corporate America.

If the contracted period falls through past an entire fiscal year where compensation was not completely paid and they decide to terminate employment BEFORE pay is issued....well that's what lawyers are for, a company can even fight for bankruptcy during this period in which the salary wage employee would not be able to go after their pay....they'd instead have to refile to get the money from a settled bankruptcy. Also during this time, the business owners could "close shop" or simply move addresses or change the business name.

This is what happens constantly with "call center" work from home jobs and other businesses where you don't step foot in their offices.....my first clue that this might be one of those cases....they use gmail instead of internal message systems lol pretty much good luck there.

there always had to be a way at my old work to report bosses, and when we needed to we didn't go to the same bosses we had to make the report on or anybody in the office.....we'd go straight to the top and bypass HR and them to make things understood that when we had to bother corporate executives to make our voices heard that the complaints were serious enough that they couldn't/shouldn't be made internally to a group that can't fix the issues.

HR is simply a joke, leadership can hire fire and train, and company policies can practically self issue benefits. What do we need HR for in a business? Honestly....somebody can try to answer this for me and I'd probably find a reason the answer isn't needed, or what department in a company can take care of it.

from the work of actually reading what somebody says.....he's not done with some of those companies, and therefore he won't be showing up in the E anytime in the next few months at least.

this seems like a genuine him, talent doesn't flat out lie if they aren't gunna be somewhere unless they're Matt Riddle. I notice he didn't deny being offered to come back to WWE, but most certainly he is saying he's not done on the indies either.
