The day after the SEC announced exemptions for tokenization, the Tx team was at the SEC presenting their solution on the RWA space. He’s the pitch deck on the SEC website. @MikeMcC1uskey@jaebersole1@rezabashash@txEcosystem@bobrasX congratulations

Agriculture is one of the world's largest markets, yet access remains fragmented and local.
In the latest tx AMA, @Cropto_io CEO @demirmaksoy55 highlights what agricultural RWAs require beyond issuance: verification, compliance, structured markets, and long-term trust.
tx leadership was fortunate to meet with SEC Crypto Task Force staff today.
The tx team presented materials focused on three areas that matter for the next phase of tokenized markets:
1. Aligning with existing SEC and FINRA frameworks through regulated-entity partners, while exploring additional potential paths for compliant blockchain-based issuance.
2. Using tx Smart Token functionality to program compliance at the token level, implementing investor eligibility, jurisdictional rules, transfer restrictions, and whitelisting directly within the asset itself.
3. Exploring potential paths toward decentralized secondary market activity that may satisfy evolving regulatory mandates.
Compliance is not a feature. It is the foundation.

@txEcosystem is grateful for today’s conversation with the Crypto Task Force. Its members bring impressive technical and legal savvy, and we appreciate such thoughtful public servants engaging directly with industry. https://t.co/q89nqNGNNa
Today, @txEcosystem met with the SEC to discuss the future of tokenized RWAs and blockchain-powered capital markets.
We shared TX’s vision for compliance-first infrastructure supporting regulated financial assets onchain through licensed partners.
The next era of finance will be built onchain.
Agricultural commodities sit at the center of global trade, supply chains, and food security.
Join @cropto_io CEO @demirmaksoy55 and tx’s @madebyfavio for a live conversation on what agricultural RWAs can unlock.

Recently, @PanteraCapital mapped the tokenized asset market.
593 tracked assets.
$320.6B in value.
91.6% of that value is still in stablecoins.
Stablecoins showed tokenization can scale. The next opportunity is building for the assets that require more than transferability.
TX/Coreum is sitting on potentially the strongest narrative in crypto right now - the first public blockchain with FINRA-regulated securities settlement - and almost nobody knows it yet.
The testnet evidence shows it's real, it's active, and it's being built by the people who built the chain itself.
The token's value thesis shifts from "smart features" to "regulated volume."
If SoloTex goes live in Q3 2026 and starts settling real trades, TX becomes the chain that institutions have to take seriously - not because of features, but because regulated money is already flowing through it.
Whether that's July specifically or September, the trajectory is clear. The chain is the venue.
The token is the gas. The FINRA approval is the moat. Everything else is details.

.@PanteraCapital’s latest State of Tokenization report offers a useful framework for separating tokenization activity from tokenization maturity.
The report tracks a $320B+ tokenization market and finds that most assets still sit in the “wrapper” phase: represented onchain, while issuance, redemption, custody, and lifecycle management remain largely offchain.
That is not a failure. For institutions operating inside real regulatory, custody, and compliance constraints, wrappers are often the rational first step.
But they are not the end state.
The next phase of tokenization will not be measured by how many assets have tokens attached to them, but by whether those assets can move, settle, be managed, and be accessed through infrastructure that improves the market experience.
For RWAs, that means compliance built into the foundation, regulated access, institutional custody, settlement rails, distribution, transfer controls, and liquidity. The full stack has to work together.
A wrapper can prove demand but real infrastructure is what makes the market scalable.
Loving every minute with investors, media, and partners for @txEcosystem at @consensus2026. But grateful & still nostalgic for vibrant conversation in Paris with @BitcoinNews. 🙏

Starting off with a strong day zero in Miami.
The tx team was already out at HederaCon 2026 and Consensus side events, connecting with builders, institutions, and partners moving real-world assets forward.
