Iron +223% on "No"?
The platform will effectively be able to connect traditional financial intermediaries and legally serve U.S. users.
However, to become a DCM, Polymarket must file Form DCM along with all required documentation. Even a fully correct application takes the CFTC at least 180 days to review, and after approval there’s typically an additional 1–2 months of technical setup before launch.
When can Polymarket realistically enter the U.S. market?
Optimistic scenario: not before summer 2026.
Baseline scenario: launch 6–12 months after submitting the application, assuming everything goes smoothly.
Realistic time range: 1–2 years.
Probability of launching before the end of 2025: around 1–3%
Reasons:
Launch requires full DCM status, and historically this process has taken months, never weeks.
There are no cases where a brand-new platform received DCM approval in 30 days — it has always been a lengthy cycle.
Approval through an FCM simply allows interaction with intermediaries;
the DCM approval itself is separate and absolutely required for launching markets.
Even if Polymarket submitted everything six months ago
A launch “within a month” is still very unlikely. After receiving DCM status, the platform must still:
integrate with FCM brokers,
connect to reporting repositories,
run and submit regulatory test suites,
set up clearing,
finalize market design and infrastructure.
This typically adds another 1–3 months.

The MON token has gone through its TGE phase and is already trading on Tier 1–2 exchanges at around $0.025. If you were eligible, check your wallets — the tokens were distributed without a claim. The price has now risen to $0.032. I haven't sold any from the sale yet; I'm planning to hold because of the tech.
The project has launched its mainnet, and staking is available with an APY of about 14%, a 10% fee, instant activation, and a withdrawal period of 2 epochs (~11 hours). @monad
I entered the Polymarket market MegaETH $250M pre-deposit bridge filled in 15 minutes? — NO.
I expect the site to get overloaded in the first minutes, so a large share of users won’t be able to deposit in time.
Pre-deposits open at 17:00 MSK — let’s watch.
