Every week there's a new "opportunity" asking for wallet connects, GitHub access, or some deposit to "boost your allocation." That's not farming; that's a target on your back.

the ones worth your time: free-to-farm, verified contract or verified team, real activity you'd do anyway (posting, engaging, testing product). Everything else, skip it.
