Flight 4/4 straight with @AmericanAir that’s Delayed. I’d love to go all in on American after all of the Southwest shakeup but they just can’t ever figure it out. Forget the lounges and classes I fly about 60 times a year and if I can’t get home dependably what’s the point?

@Verizon express pickup makes it sound like you can just go pick it up at the store. That’s not the case at all. I was told several hours to over a day. I call to cancel and they say problems with the system may cause cancellations to be 24-48 hours. Might be time to move on
