If you actually even read the lawsuit, Sundae promised 150 million tokens in October the TVL was 26.7 Million. When they reneged on the deal 2 days before launch the TVL had only dropped to 25.4. You obviously don't read anything so please leave

What was promised was ALL of their liquidity plus their future liquidity from future projects. Not Cards fault that Sundae was supposed to launch in October but failed to and market started falling
