1) On 7th Aug, I booked my @Indane_LPG gas cylinder via the @airtelindia app, paying ₹903.54 using my @AxisBank credit card. I received an Airtel confirmation SMS saying “Booking Successful”.

However, the booking never reached Indane. 🧵👇
