After Vitalik Buterin's speech at Consensus 2015, Ethereum (ETH) wasn’t yet trading on exchanges. ETH officially launched on July 30, 2015, with its first recorded trade on August 7, 2015, at ~$2.83 per ETH.

In the months following its launch, ETH’s price plummeted, hitting a low of ~$0.45 in October 2015. By the end of 2015, it recovered to ~$0.93, a ~32% rise from its opening price.

From early 2016, ETH’s price grew steadily, reaching $10.03 by March 4, 2016. By mid-June 2016, it soared past $18! 📈

The Pi Core Team Rug-Pulled Pi — And No One Noticed!

The Pi Core Team recently created massive hype around Pi — especially with the Consensus 2025 event and the “Pi Ecosystem” announcement. This hype pushed the price from $0.40 to $1.60.

Then came the real move:

The Core Team sold tens of millions, if not hundreds of millions, of Pi at the peak — all while the community was distracted by announcements and the illusion of progress.

The community believed they were heading toward a full Mainnet launch with 100 high-quality DApps — but instead, on May 14th, there was no major update. Just Pi Network Ventures.

Since then, the price has dropped to $0.80 and is now heading back toward $0.40.

So far, the Pi Core Team has defrauded the Pi community — and no one has noticed.
