My flight was cancelled due to the tensions in middle East region in March. I initiated a refund request on the 4th of April. I was told I would get a full refund within 20 days. It's been 40 days now and airline has not even started the process. Unbelievable!!

@Ronak_Unadkat What does this guy smoke? Many countries tax. Besides that most countries allow you to deduct the tax already paid in a foreign country. Markets can go down also, people just forget that. To hide their lack of good decision making, they will come up with any excuse possible.

Filing a consumer complaint against you tomorrow cuz after repeated warnings, you refuse to do your job. You take money for a product, don't deliver it and don't refund too even after saying that the refund will be initiated. Pathetic service!
