@Martyupnorth_2 Yes, Kamloops, BC, has a dog and cat license also. My old girl who is a 13-year-old Pitbull stays indoors unless she's going into the yard, a short walk with her muzzle on, or has to go out for a vet visit. This is an older photo probably around 5 or so years old.
