बस हमारा पूछना तो सिर्फ इतना सा था कि जिस काम के लिए बुजुर्ग तीसरी बार चक्कर लगाने के लिए मजबूर हुए आखिर वो काम कलेक्ट्रर साहब से पहली मुलाकात मे ही कैसे संभव हो गया आखिर साहब से मुलाकात के बाद वो कौन से कानून के कायदे थे जो एकाएक बदल गए और साहब से मुलाकात से पूर्व 2 बार चक्कर लगाने पर भी वो आढे आ रहे थे जिनके चलते इन बुजुर्गो का काम संभव नही हो पा रहा था
