Most Web3 projects don’t have a marketing problem.
They have a community alignment problem.
Marketing can get attention in Web3, but alignment is
what keeps people engaged when the hype fades.
Alignment includes:
- Shared values that guide decision
- Incentives that reward collective progress
- Feedback loops that keep builders and users in sync
Without alignment, projects get fragmented communities, short-term speculation, and burnout among core contributors.
With alignment, projects get resilient ecosystems, long-term trust, and communities that self-propagate growth.
It’s high time Web3 realizes it doesn’t need louder marketing. BUT rather It needs deeper alignment.
