While you endlessly lecture Canada about “truth and reconciliation” and residential school horrors, you conveniently forget your own history of promoting the very system you now condemn.

Mark Carney’s father, Robert J. Carney, was principal of the Joseph Burr Tyrrell Indian Day School in Fort Smith, NWT. In a 1965 CBC Radio interview, he defended residential schools and described some Indigenous children as “culturally retarded.”

Old CBC clips and propaganda that once pushed the narrative? Buried or memory-holed.

The speaker found this on Reddit and it hit hard: “I don’t think my grandparents actually knew what was really going on in those schools.”

CBC painted the trucker convoy as terrorists… yet stays silent when it’s their own legacy and the sitting Prime Minister’s family tied to the very history they weaponize.

This is why trust in CBC is in the toilet.

Weeks later?

Police pull him over.

Car 87 Mental Health Unit shows up.
They involuntarily detain him under the Mental Health Act... no crime, no warrant, just “concerns” from a doctor who observed him in a café.

Watch him calmly explain it all from the back of the police car while they take him away for “evaluation.”

This is not about mental health.

This is about silencing dissent.When governments start labeling parents, researchers, and citizens who ask questions as “mentally unfit”… we are in dangerous territory.

Is Canada becoming a dystopia where questioning authority = psychiatric detention?

A biophysics grad was just detained under BC's Mental Health Act.

All based on a psychiatrist's opinion after observing him in a cafe.

He looked at him & said “I’m certifying you”

THAT’S ALL IT TOOK.

No warrant.

No on scene evaluation.

No psych evaluation.

No paperwork shown.

No chance to comply voluntarily.

Just because a psychiatrist saw him in a cafe.

Meanwhile, the same city has a documented drug addicts, where one person, has been
apprehended 79 times and is still on the street.

The government can grab a credentialed researcher off the road in 20 minutes but it can't keep a chronic offender out of the same intersection for more than a week?
