Hey @Ask_Spectrum how do I report routing issues? We had an outage a couple of nights ago and now several apps won't work while on our home network but they do work when on cell data. It's clearly an issue with the route between our modem and whatever end point.

Gig workers be ware and stay away from oxygen. They apparently don't want our business and their support is on par with uber, spectrum, etc. I'm not sure I'm even emailing with a real person as they don't seem to understand my issue.

I was suspended because I've been asking them for help marketing and reporting issues with the system/app/etc. Instead of responding and at the least placating me, they have been ignoring me. I'll likely be up and running as the lead for wridz here soon
@ride_empower Does Daniel know why we still have a negative surge? It went away this morning after I emailed you about and then it came back. Why are they going negative at all? We can't manually set a negative surge so why is the system doing it?

Does he also know that you can't keep the servers running right and eventually start ignoring anyone asking you to fix it or market?
@ride_empower Holy shit is this out of touch. I'm glad I'm working with wridz to do things right. Empower has been seen as a joke and I've battled it for long enough. Time to move on.
@rod98647@ride_empower What you want is wridz. I'm waiting to hear back from the big guy about setting me up to run my market for them. They provide insurance and seem to know what they are doing.
@rod98647@ride_empower You don't want them anywhere near you. They don't do any real marketing and despite assurances from Josh and Brian that we would get marketing support in the triad. Brian then abruptly left and Josh ghosted me and blocked me on LinkedIn.
@ride_empower I'm working with wridz to bring them to the triad. They are actually doing things right including covering drivers with commercial and letting riders book directly with drivers instead of just pinging a ton of favorites.
@ride_empower You aren't empowering anything. You're operating illegally in DC and NYC. You've ignored all of NC except to spotlight Teresa. Drivers in the triad are averaging less than a ride per hour. Your suggested rate cards aren't enough for commercial + living expenses.
