Federal Judge Amon dismissed the SEC's case against me, not the SEC. The SEC didn't just sue me, they sued the open source PulseX, PulseChain and HEX software as well, all dismissed. This is a win for cryptocurrency and @realDonaldTrump 's vision for America.

HEX is basically Bitcoin with a proof of work change. If you like BTC you should like HEX. Bitcoin inflates for Proof of Work. HEX inflates for Proof of Wait. For some reason people who appear intelligent at lots of things are totally stupid when it comes to understanding what HEX is. Perhaps they don't actually want to understand. Bitcoin inflates to energy consuming Bitcoin miners. HEX inflates to time consuming HEX miners. To mine Bitcoin you buy bitcoin miners and consume electricity. To mine HEX you buy HEX and consume time.

You can't wake someone up who is pretending to sleep. It's hard to educate a man whose ego depends on not understanding. HEX is just Bitcoin with a proof of work change to proof of wait. It uses PulseChain or Ethereum validators for transaction logging instead of Bitcoin miners.
