We discussed Ironwood (NU6.3) — the latest Zcash network upgrade — and Zakura, the new high-performance Zcash full node.

Had some great conversations and introduced a few people to Zcash for the first time.

@IGLConnect I paid ₹426 for a technician visit, but the technician insisted that I take his private/offline service. When I refused, he started creating unnecessary issues and claimed that my stove had a problem.
I purchased this stove for around ₹7,000 just last year and it has been working perfectly with no issues. This kind of behaviour from an authorized technician is completely unacceptable.
I also tried contacting customer support, but instead of resolving my concern, the experience was equally disappointing.
Please investigate this matter, take appropriate action, and improve the quality and professionalism of your service. Customers should not be pressured into taking private services from technicians.
