Empowering Youth, Fueling Growth!

In continuation of our specialized PNG Skill Development Program in Rampur, we are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of Batch 2.

45 motivated local youth underwent intensive, hands-on technical instruction led by IGL’s in-house PNG experts. During the recruitment drive on the final day, CGD sector contracting agencies hired 41 out of the 45 trained participants.

As India rapidly expands its CGD infrastructure, the availability of trained and safety-conscious professionals will be critical. With 71 total youths recruited across our first two batches, IGL is helping bridge the sector’s skilled-manpower gap while creating meaningful livelihood opportunities for local youth.
