After a much needed week of rest and reflection, I finally decided to sum up my trip to Costa Rica with my crypto education team @arcrevolution_ where we hosted a DeFi/NFT Mastermind retreat with our current members 🇨🇷
@Believe_culture Gained weight, can finally sleep and eat well, no longer coughing like a dragon everyday, way better performance at the gym, cardio reestablished, can travel without the constant need of trying to find weed 1st thing when i land in a new country, no longer nauseous, so much more

@AFitTrader Working from home helps a lot. As soon as the clock hits 5PM I’m in my car and on my way to the gym, which is only a 7 min drive. WFH definitely aids in retaining my energy
Instead of saying “this person has an avoidant attachment style from a childhood wound,”
Try saying “this person doesn’t act like they give a fuck about me and instead of spending time diagnosing them I’m going to leave because I deserve better.”
