Okay, this investigation really can’t be brushed off as “another crypto drama”

From my point of view, this is not even a gray area but a deliberate tradeoff between growth and compliance.

Compliance in this space must be something you design around, not work around.

And firing an entire compliance team after pushback is where things stop being accidental.
