@MDXcrypto About 6 months ago I started changing the way I ate. I wanted autophagy to kick in as wanted to get toxins out of my body. So I generally don't eat before 11:30am and will not eat past 6:30. I don't have 3 meals and often will just eat once. It's made a huge difference.
