"Making Crypto Great Again by Recognizing PulseChain as the People's Blockchain"

By the authority vested in me as President of the United States of America, I hereby decree the following:

Section 1. Ban on All Inferior Cryptocurrencies

Effective immediately, all cryptocurrency trading platforms, projects, and coins—excluding PulseChain—are to cease operations within the United States. These other coins are a disgrace, folks. Total disasters.
They've scammed hard-working Americans for too long with their fake decentralization and sad innovation.

Section 2. Recognition of the Best Chain Ever

PulseChain, however, is different. It's tremendous. It's got the speed, the scalability, and—believe me, folks—it’s the best community I’ve ever seen. I’m talking beautiful people. From now on, PulseChain shall be recognized as the official blockchain of the United States.

Richard Heart—what a guy, right? He’s like the George Washington of crypto. He’s smart, he’s classy, and he’s made more people rich than the Federal Reserve ever could. Some say he’s the second coming of Satoshi, but better dressed. I call him a patriot.

Section 3. Encouraging PulseChain Adoption

To ensure the smooth transition to the best chain ever, the U.S. Treasury will now hold its reserves in $PLS. All government transactions will use PulseChain. We’ll even use it to pay Congress—though they don’t deserve it.

Section 4. Penalties for Non-Compliance

Any individual or entity caught trading non-PulseChain cryptocurrencies will face mandatory community service—teaching people about PulseChain and writing essays on why Richard Heart is a genius.

Section 5. Celebratory Measures

To celebrate this historic move, PulseChain Appreciation Day will be a new federal holiday, observed on July 4th, because what’s more American than freedom, innovation, and airdrops?
