What blockchain do we know that does real-time atomic settlements in 3 seconds or less, scalable to 15k transactions per sec. That's stewarded by a company that is compliant with the bank secrecy act, regulated, transparent, been shown at the table with the Trump administration, and has a large number of available crypto that is immutable, finite, and deprecites in its use over time increasing it's worth to be leveraged out in this modernization move? 🤔
