Testing some stuff with @Crypto_Core 's new ALPHA indicator. Generally don't use indicators, but the idea of exhaustion happening at the extreme end of ranges might improve my strike rate on this particular set-up. Looked promising yesterday.
Introducing a new indicator series: #ALPHA: Exhaustion π
A better way to measure capital exhaustion cycles.
Details can be found in the link below. Full presentation to come on YouTube. π

@youngtilopa Fake break-out of a level, shorts trapped underneath level --> These puke at a retest of the level, would target stops above equal highs. Invalidation below false break low.
@Crypto_Core@_Silver_Surfer_@JoshMcGruff I feel ya, had some same concerns. Gotta play the edge when it presents itself tho.
The question remains, is the trade really too crowded or is it just my personal feed that has similar ideas while the rest of the market is looking at other things (too much curation in my feed)
@SalsaTekila Yeah, I was referring to the top part of that set-up really. I wouldn't be suprised to see a sell-off as BTC looks quite weak too, but yeah who really knows ;)
Just gotta play the odds/set-ups when you get them. Worst case scenario you get stopped out ^^
@SalsaTekila Oh man I love set-ups like that. Price returning to failed break-outs and then selling off again as the trapped traders unwind. Keep up the good work brother.
