Arzdan gelecek paranın yatırıma yapılacak olması ve %10 fiyat istikrarının uygulanacak olması çok iyi. Katılım endeksine uygun olması ve kurumsala sadece %25 pay ayrılması da ekstra pozitif durumlar. Eğer değişim oranı erkenden yükselmezse, Küçük Yatırımcı elindeki malı erkenden vermezse piyasadaki en iyi arzlardan biri olacak, ben en az 4-5 tavan bekliyorum. Risk almak isteyen 7-8 tavan bekleyebilir, garanti kâr isteyen 4. tavanda verebilir.

Bu şirketten beklentiler çok düşük, gayrimenkul sektörü olması da diğer bir eksisi. Ben ZERGY katılmayacağımı söylemiştim ve şuan ne durumda herkes biliyor. Ancak ZGYO projeleri olan ve düzenli kar eden bir şirket. Uzun vadeli yükümlülüklerin birçoğunu ödemiş. Peki bu şirkete neden ZERGY gibi bakmıyorum ?

Z GYO diğer GYO şirketleri gibi satış yaparak değil arsa alıp proje yapıp bu yapıları kiralayan yapan bir şirket. Bu yüzden ben bu şirketin Hasılatına değil, Özkaynak artışına bakarım.
