Polymarket is now an exclusive partner of the UFC, and as a real sports fan I simply can’t miss this

UFC 322 will be the most exciting event since UFC 300, and it takes place this weekend - November 16

The card will probably be one of the best, and for the first time I’ll even watch the women’s fights, which I never really enjoyed in my life

But I’ll probably bet on only 2–3 fights on @Polymarket - the ones that seem the most logical and interesting to me

1. Islam Makhachev vs Jack Della Maddalena

The main event of the evening and the first real challenge for Islam after moving up a weight division

This will be the biggest test of Islam’s career. This win will determine whether he becomes one of the greatest or whether the move up in weight was a mistake

My pick - Islam Makhachev

Why I think so:
> The best wrestling in the division and arguably in the UFC overall
> Better cardio: Jack often slows down by the end of round two
> Islam’s experience at the previous weight class against world-class opponents gives him an advantage
> Maddalena absorbs too many shots on the feet and is nowhere near top-10 level on the ground
> We have the same first name

Jack is dangerous, but not enough to beat Islam. I think Makhachev will establish control and break Maddalena’s pace

I’ve been supporting Islam for a long time, and I hope he wins again and continues his streak in the new weight class

2. Leon Edwards vs Carlos Prates

Edwards returns after a series of strong victories and is trying to hold his position in the division. Prates is a striker with a predatory style, but without real tests against elite fighters yet

My pick - Leon Edwards

Why I think so:
> Superior BIQ: Leon is one of the smartest fighters in the UFC imo
> Better work at range: his jab and low kicks created huge problems for many opponents
> Leon won’t allow wild exchanges, his defense is excellent
> Prates is dangerous in the center, but as I mentioned, Leon is extremely smart and I’m sure he prepared for this long in advance

Prates is an entertaining fighter, but he’s too straightforward and walks forward

Leon is too well-adapted to this type of style, no wonder he defeated one of the greatest fighters, Kamaru Usman

3. Roman Kopylov vs Gregory Rodrigues

One of the most explosive fights on the card: a Russian boxer against a Brazilian who can both knock you out and choke you out

My pick - Gregory Rodrigues

Why Rodrigues wins:
> More diverse arsenal - striking + elite BJJ (black belt)
> Kopylov doesn’t like pressure: when opponents push him back, he starts to fall apart
> Gregory has some of the heaviest hands in the middleweight division - one clean shot could end the fight
> This fight is the most unpredictable in my opinion. Rodrigues is the favorite for me, but Kopylov can surprise everyone if he adapted to this kind of pressure during his training camp

I’ll be watching the entire card, but these 3 fights are the most interesting for me

I’ve been following all 6 of these fighters for a long time, especially Islam and Leon, and I hope they get the job done this Sunday
