I only wanted an account with @TideBusiness to receive settlements from an acquiring bank. I have a high turnover with zero risk of fraud. I am disappointed with this

@Bounce_BackLoan Some people are saying Santander have told them they cannot change the decision at the moment, but they may set up a team in a week or 2. You can’t make this up

@Bounce_BackLoan So this system error has given nothing but phone calls to Santander today apparently. Another big F up by them, so I’m sure anyone who has signed the agreement and waiting for payment, will need to wait even longer now while try and resolve this.

@Bounce_BackLoan Just found out it was an error on Santander’s behalf declining a large number of applications apparently, according to staff. They advise to call back on Monday, not sure if they mean Tuesday. But apparently it’s an error

@Chantel72082609 @Bounce_BackLoan Hmm well they are moving the goal posts like all banks, but I am sure they are getting lot of false applications. At the same time, those using personal accounts just to avoid £7 understand now why you can’t use a personal account for business purposes. It’s against banks T&Cs
