Robinhood Securities is now approved to serve as an underwriter.

Since IPO Access launched in 2021, we've watched retail go from an afterthought to a key part of how companies plan an IPO. The question changed from "why allocate to retail at all?" to "how big can the allocation be?"

Becoming an underwriter, and not just a selling group member, is the natural next step to better serve our customers and our issuers.

To this incredible community—thank you from the bottom of my heart.

These past months have been incredibly tough with my wife being very sick again. Your messages, prayers, support, and kind words kept us going when things got rough. You truly showed what this crypto space is capable of at its best. We're so grateful.

The good news: We've made a lot of progress we have gained majority of her speech back and is doing really well working with therapy. Doctors said that she can start working toward some independence again soon. She has showed me time and time again how strong she is, and I am so proud of her trying her best. I am proud to have her as my wife.

As we here at home ease back into some kind of normality I will ease back into streaming and bring #KooZCast back as well. (With some changes) I'll be SLOW ROLLING into streaming again, the podcast will return but not as frequently as before to make sure I can focus on my wife's health and our family first. Over time i plan on sharing her progress as we continue this chapter! As always i will keep the promise of quality over quantity so expect the same real talk, insights, and the live Q&A energy you enjoyed when the KooZCast returns. BUT FAMILY WILL AND ALWAYS COMES FIRST!

Comedian Launches Legal Defense Fund After $27 Million ‘Lion King’ Lawsuit

South African composer Lebohang Morake, known professionally as Lebo M, filed a $27 million lawsuit against Zimbabwean comedian Learnmore Mwanyenyeka, also known as Learnmore Jonasi, over a viral joke about the opening Zulu chant in The Lion King.

The lawsuit argues that Mwanyenyeka falsely translated the chant during a podcast appearance, while Morake says the line is a royal proclamation and not the comedic version that went viral online.

Current reporting says Mwanyenyeka was served with the lawsuit while performing onstage at the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles, and the moment drew public attention after audience members initially thought it was part of the act.

Mwanyenyeka has since launched a crowdfunding campaign to help pay for his legal defense, saying the case followed a joke that he did not intend as a personal attack.
