今月も病院へ行きました。

数値は、
7.6%

1型で苦しみながら、発覚してやっと7%台に戻ってきました。

長らく高数値に苦しんで来ましたが、
半年もかからず、始めてのこの数値。

如何にカロリーコントロールが難しいか

今後は、落とした数値を投薬、注射なしで維持したい

確かに、食べる気が起きず、気分的にも少し下火な日々を過ごしました。
ご飯美味しく食べれる事は、とても幸せな事だと気づきました。
