JP Morgan just said it’s acquisition of First Republic will generate an IMMEDIATE gain of $2.6 billion and $500 million in yearly profit.

CONCLUSION: The Fed Is TERRIFIED more banks will fail, so they want to make sure the First Republic acquisition goes smoothly to keep confidence, and they did this by supporting Morgan.
