Once again, I came across someone on Twitter posting photoshopped screenshots claiming amazing results from their group or showing off their own trading performance. They photoshop everything, but they're too lazy to even do the math properly, so they just make up random PnL and ROE numbers. Unfortunately, beginners often believe it and end up subscribing to them.

A lot of people post edited trading PnL results or use someone else’s PnL and then sell it as if it were their own position.
Sometimes you can see tens of thousands of dollars in profit in the screenshots, yet they charge just a few dollars a month for VIP. Why do they do this, and who actually falls for it?
Someone with even a basic knowledge of Photoshop can already pass as a trader selling VIP, premium discord, and telegram groups that other people buy into. Why is that?
