Hey Amino Fam!

We apologize for the silence as we came up with a plan to sort all of our wAMO holders on BNB and MOVE app users.

As some may know from our TG announcements, our Pancakeswap liquidity pool for wrapped Amino on BNB was drained. This occurred due to a random hack of one of our developer’s wallets (no issues with any code). The total exposure was only ~50k USD, and the development company we used for the BNB contracts and bridge has already reimbursed us.

We have decided to take this opportunity to discontinue wAMO on BNB chain. The project was never intended to be a mining app and we have been wanting to move away from airdrop culture. Instead of re-adding the liquidity to wAMO, we are going to directly drop BNB to affected users.

Here is what you need to know:

DO NOT CLICK ANY CLAIM LINKS IN THE COMMENTS - THE DROP WILL BE DONE AUTOMATICALLY THROUGH AIRDROP

All wAMO holders with at least $2 worth of tokens pre-exploit will be automatically airdropped BNB to their wallets at the current value of $AMO on ERC-20.
wAMO holders with under $2 worth of tokens pre-exploit will only be airdropped BNB if they bought their tokens on Pancakeswap.
If you have less than $2 worth of wAMO that you already withdrew from the Amino Move app, you will be able to contact support and get your points back in your account.
All in progress AMO withdrawal requests will be reimbursed back to users’ accounts.

Looking forward: we are implementing a better system to redeem points. We want to encourage Amino members to redeem their points directly for gift cards and products in the new upcoming Amino Rewards Marketplace. Crypto enthusiasts can still withdraw and convert their Amino points to $AMO tokens on ERC-20 but we will have higher minimum withdrawal amounts.

We appreciate everyone for the patience and understand our decisions cannot please everyone but we always try to do what’s best for the true holders and future of the company.

Hey Amino Fam, this message is regarding pre-launch seed sale token buyers. For earners on the Move app - wallet connect is scheduled to go live with the @chainlink bridge next Wednesday.

We have added an option for $AMO seed contributors to claim the remainder of their tokens now, with a 50% penalty. If accepted, the penalty tokens will be sent to a burn wallet. Seed contributors can opt-in to this deal on the Magna app until Feb 21st. Tokens will then be released on Feb 22nd. We are posting this publicly in advance so the $AMO community is aware, and that this may result in some tokens being released earlier than outlined in the whitepaper.

This decision is in response to consistent heavy sell pressure from our seed sale. Several of the largest $AMO holders reached out requesting the team to find a way to release the seed tokens early. Many prospective holders have also expressed concern in joining our community until more of the token supply is in circulation. We believe this is the best way forward for the project and also decreases future unlockable tokens through burning early claim penalty tokens.
