@BitunixOfficial is trying to keep $50,144 of my profit.
The reason they gave: I shorted CRWDUSDT before CrowdStrike's 4-for-1 stock split. Binance suspended trading around the split. Bitunix didn't. I closed the short at prices Bitunix's own risk desk printed while the rest of the market was dark.
Now they're calling that "abnormal arbitrage." Full story 🧵
Next steps on my side.
Formal complaints to the regulators Bitunix publicly claims to be registered with, starting with the FinCEN MSB oversight angle through the CFPB. Full documentation preserved, screenshots archived, timeline reconstructable to the second.
If you've had similar treatment on @BitunixOfficial — clawbacks after corporate actions, indefinite "risk control status", requests for undefined "review materials" — reply here. Curious how deep the pattern runs.
RTs help.

Binance handled the split the way you're supposed to.
Suspended CRWDUSDT perpetual at exactly 00:00 UTC July 2 (the moment US after-hours closed) and resumed at 13:35 UTC July 2 (right after Nasdaq opened at the split-adjusted price). A 13.5-hour blackout — standard practice for a scheduled corporate action.

@BitunixOfficial The pair, the mark price history, the index composition, the funding rate archive — all pulled from the public interface.
Convenient timing.
