After a few days of nonstop trying we may have Qwen3.5-397B pruned down enough to run it locally(currently ranked #3 on open weight models) without crashing everything! After some fine tuning to the router we should get back to +/- 99% of the original!

My PC is old and only has 16 GB RAM. The current house layout means being mobile while working would be life-changing! My new work laptop running 64 GB showed me it’s time (network into AI servers + new laptop).

Output is similar (both are fairly competent as long as I drill down on ideas).
