@Jesssbop How does being insecure mean they're a loser ?
Some were traumatised as kids ,insulted in public or mocked when they were little
That kind of shit stays with you
How tf does that translate to be a loser ?
What sort of dumb ass take is this
Make your brain work, use it for harder things. Not easy ones. Do crossword, chess, puzzles. Your brain is like a muscle if you don’t use it, it becomes weak. challenge it. Try new dresses, new dishes. Walk backward, eyes closed. Use the less used hand more often and make it proficient. Use your memory or else it will die. Recall names of people you met that day before sleeping in the order of meeting. Learn a language/read a book. Not watching TV. Do not isolate yourselves. Have social interactions. Loneliness is bad. Then no argument, no need for thinking. Play difficult card games with friends. Engage your brain. Move more. carry groceries from the store to your house. Walk, climb stairs instead of the elevator.Otherwise dementia, Alzheimer's Parkinson's are on their way.
1. Hit the gym at least 3x a week.
2. Make it a habit to buy at least one pair of clothing every month.
3. Invest in your oral hygiene. For this, you’ll need:
* A quality toothpaste
* Floss
* A tongue scraper
* Mint gum
How to use them: Brush your teeth twice daily, floss after each meal and/or before brushing your teeth, and use the tongue scraper to scrub your tongue gently but properly. You’ll be shocked by what will come out. Brush your teeth and don’t rush it; gently scrub your lips. Always chew mint gum when you go out. It guarantees fresh breath.
4. Invest in perfumes. Don’t wait until you have millions. You can spend between 10–50k on good colognes and deodorants. What matters is that you smell nice.
5. Make or cut your hair at least every two weeks.
6. Don’t talk too much in public. Listen more than you speak. The most attractive person in a room isn’t the loudest.
7. Learn how to play with colours when dressing. Keep it simple. The more colours you wear, the more tacky and unattractive you look.
8. Do not keep long nails for any reason (especially as a guy). Trim your fingernails and toenails very often.
9. Accessories elevate your look and make you look more attractive. Your wristwatch, glasses, bracelet, necklace, anklet, earrings, etc.
10. Always moisturize your skin. You have no reason to be ashy. You look more attractive when your skin is moisturized and glowing.
study yourself. your patterns. habits. compulsions. trauma. anxieties. insecurities. addictions. once you see them, the unconscious becomes conscious. and the moment you know what they are and how they control you, you awaken. you become unstoppable.
I’m a retired brain surgeon and I wanna tell you why you feel like life is passing by. I just need one minute to explain this to you so hang in there.
Repetitive daily routines stop the brain from recording clear detailed memories. When every day looks the same, your brain does not track time the same as a clock does. It tracks change. If nothing new happens then days, months, and years start to blur together.
This is know as Time compression. When life lacks variety, your brain compresses past days together, making it feel like time is sped up.
To stop feeling like life is passing you by, add new experiences to your life. Break routine habits, like changing your daily home routine, taking a different route to work, or trying a new hobby.
Schedule small trips or plan new adventures so your days do not blend together.
Practice mindfulness by staying fully focused on what you are doing right now and not trying to race off to the next task.
Keep a journal and write down happy memories or memorable parts of the day before you go to sleep.
Take deep, calm breaths when you feel anxious or rushed to return your focus to the moment.
You can and you will retrain your brain to not feel like life is passing you by by following these few simple measures.
