@iffabug How about instead of spreading them out across the country to roam amongst actual citizens we keep them all in 1 reception centre until they are processed. Then they get dealt with based on their application decision. If they destroyed passports then they have something to hide

@fiannafailparty Great so since there are no direct flight here from Syria, Afghanistan etc we should see a huge % will be sent back to the first EU country the arrived in. What happens if they come over the border from UK but already had asylum there, Will they be sent back,?

@paddymacc1 Apart from the fact that it should have been a referendum so the voice of the people could be heard ALL TD s should be required to vote. They represent the people who elected them and as such should vote in accordance to how their constituents want
