@Vodacom Why are you sending me a message that you need a month's notice to cancel my service. Follow the messages. Do you know how to run a successful business
Why is it that @Vodacom insists that you must call you when you want to Cancel you subscription with them. @Vodacom is my service provider. Every time I am on a call with them I literally spend over R50 on the call. No response via email. Via X, "please call 0821904" not good CS

Good Day. What a terrible experience earlier today and still I have a very slow connection. I spoke to Nomsa around 13h10 who could not assist and reffered me to @Vumatel. She couldn't log a service request. I called @vumatel who said I should speak to @Vodacom.

@Vodacom and @Octotel_fibre living up to a no internet connectivity on a Friday evening when no technical customer support is available. Unfortunately I cannot shout at the call center agent but it is very frustrating to be in this position again.
