Even if the Prophet ﷺ was alive today & married Aisha today, there would still be no issue with it. She consented, her father consented, her family consented, her tribe consented, the Prophet ﷺ consented & above all Allah said it’s permissible. There was no force involved and she had reached what is deemed “adulthood” in the eyes of the sharia, not in the eyes of whimsical secular laws in lands that until 2-3 decades ago saw the age of consent as low as 8-12 years old anyway.

We Muslims must remain firm on this, what was haram/halal at the time of Prophet, is haram/halal now

Or we risk suggesting the sharia applies dependent on which epoch we’re in
