The post is real. @Na1_Na1ko is showing old evidence from 2016.

The meme template on Imgflip (the detailed pink octoling vs. the scribbled pink-haired stick figure) lists Bridgett among the names/aliases, along with “octoling,” “agent 8,” and “Splatoon.”
There is also an August 2016 forum post (user Business_Pepe) titled “Bridgett arrived” that uses exactly this image.
That is the origin of that specific format.

The name Lara came later, from the official @litecoin account itself. In December 2024 they posted “Lester and Lara, together at last” and later made it explicit: “The Lara created by us is not associated with any other memecoins.” In other words, they named the female character Lara in the context of the Lester campaign.
Summary:

Bridgett = name used in the original 2016 meme by an early Litecoin community user.
Lara = name the official Litecoin account gave to Lester’s “girlfriend” in 2024.

Both names exist. One is the historical name of the template, the other is what the Litecoin team used years later. The post you sent is documenting the older origin.
