@laralogan The CURRENT FEDERAL INCOME TAX is ILLEGAL.
CONGRESS got shot down multiple times by SCOTUS until the added the Amendment to basically INVALIDATE the CONSTITUTIONAL REQUIREMENTS of FAIRLY APPORTIONED & EQUAL TAXES across for ALL AMERICANS.

Dad buys Bitcoin for $100K.
It grows to $5M.
If he sells, he owes tax on a $4.9M gain.
Instead, he puts it in a trust.
Borrows against it.
Lives tax-free.
Dies holding.
Kids inherit at a $5M basis.
IRS gets $0.
The Declaration of Independence says, “when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.”
Gold will go up only until Congress stops increasing the US national debt and starts paying it down. After that, gold will crash.
That will surely start happening soon. 🤨
The IRS will literally give you $10,000+ for free if you fill out one form
Not a refund. Not a loan. Free money they allocated that almost nobody claims
There's $1.5 billion in unclaimed tax credits every year because the forms are confusing on purpose
The credits most people miss:
EARNED INCOME TAX CREDIT (EITC)
If you made under $60K, you might qualify for up to $7,430 back. Even if you owe $0 in taxes. It's "refundable" meaning they write you a check
1 in 5 eligible people don't claim it. That's free money left on the table
SAVER'S CREDIT
Put money in a retirement account? You get a tax credit up to $1,000 ($2,000 if married). Can wipe out your entire tax bill - though usually not refundable like the EITC
Still worth claiming if you owe taxes
AMERICAN OPPORTUNITY CREDIT
Paid for any education? Up to $2,500 credit per student. $1,000 of it is refundable even if you owe nothing
CHILD TAX CREDIT
$2,000 per kid, up to $1,600 is refundable even if you owe nothing
The exploit:
You can amend tax returns for the past 3 years
That means if you missed credits in 2022, 2023, 2024 - you can file amended returns and collect ALL of it now. One check for 3 years of missed credits
People have gotten $15-30K checks just by amending old returns with credits they didn't know about
How to check what you missed:
1. Get your IRS transcript (free at IRS. gov)
2. Use FreeTaxUSA or similar to re-run old years
3. See if credits were missed
4. File Form 1040-X to amend
5. Wait 8-12 weeks for your check
The IRS isn't going to call you and say "hey, you forgot to claim $7,000"
They're counting on you not knowing
