Since Binance was denied their EU license , I have been monitoring The land grab for EU exchange customers.

Binance is out the race and the other exchanges are fighting aggressively to capture the share.

Right now none of them are publishing actual results so it’s hard do know exact data.

You can use EES App Store finance rankings to make some assumptions.

In the land grab the exchanges are using a deposit bonus as the key to attract users.

The highest I have seen so far is 8% and that is on OKX.

Binance is the biggest loser here of course and with an 8% deposit bonus , USERS ARE THE BIGGEST WINNERS.

Competition is healthy.

At this stage @saylor is just “inoculating” the markets and the ratings agencies to the idea that he will sell Bitcoin to pay dividends.

HONEST TAKE: THE USA DESTROYED THE 96 YEAR-OLD FIFA WORLD CUP!

I know this post won’t make me popular but as a soccer fan, my view is that the FIFA World Cup should maintain its sanctity and not be sold out to American commercialization.

- For 96 years only the best teams have had the privilege of competing in this exclusive tournament. It was exclusive to the best!

This year instead of the normal 32 teams, it’s 48.

So much so that the format has been changed to include a new round of matches to accommodate this slip and generate more ad revenue.

- “Hydration Breaks” - Soccer/Football is and always has been a game of 2 halves. 45 minutes each with one break.

It’s not a Superbowl where there are 5X as many ads played as minutes played.

- Presidential interference for the home team to override a player suspension .I’ve never seen this before.

I get the argument that the American sports market is the biggest in the world but I preferred Soccer before is got here.

So excited for this fixture! Haaland vs Gabriel going to be a massive battle.

Why BTTS? Norway had the worst defensive record of any team that survived the groups and Brazil have conceded in three of their four games.

So META is pivoting their AI business into a Data centre business after Zuck admitted they have not made great progress with AI.

META literally has never built anything successful after Facebook.

They bought Instagram.
They bought WhatsApp.
They shut Diem.
They shut the Metaverse.
They failed with AI.

Rather just stop building and buy stuff.
