On 11 June, I dined at Zaffran By Kasbah and paid the bill through Swiggy (dineout). The payment gateway page opened twice, and as a result I was charged twice for the same bill.

He then asked me to share a copy of the bill. When I explained that I did not have the bill, I was told it was my responsibility to obtain it — either by calling the restaurant or visiting it again. I submitted it. Then again I was told we will confirm with restaurant.

They said now Samsung will do whatever they can. So, hesitantly reached out to samsung. They immediately said product is fake. No action still.
